Day by day itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa by bus, trekking Cat Cat village (L/D)
The Sapa Town tour starts with pick-up from the meeting point in Hanoi Old Quarter before embarking on a journey to Sapa. Along the way, there will be rest stops at Lao Cai city where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside. After arriving at Sapa Town, you’ll be greeted by locals dressed in colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao and Tay ethnic groups. After checking-in at the hotel, you’ll enjoy a welcome beverage and delicious lunch featuring local Vietnamese dishes. In the afternoon, you’ll take a short walk to the gate of Cat Cat village, home to the Black H’mong ethnic people. A local guide will lead the way and show you the daily life activities of the locals. You’ll trek down to the valley bottom to see the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. You can also take photos with the bridge and waterfall before walking uphill for the bus to pick you up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. The trekking distance is about 2.5 km and lasts approximately 2 hours. Finally, you’ll return to Sapa Town in the evening, followed by dinner and an overnight stay at a hotel with night activities. Meals included for this day are lunch and dinner.

Day 2: With a long trek Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van, Sapa - Hanoi by bus (B/L)
On the second day of your Sapa Tour, you’ll have breakfast at the hotel before preparing for a trekking adventure. You’ll check out from your room and pack lightly for the journey. The hiking trail will take you through Y Linh Ho, allowing you to trek approximately 9 km for about three and a half hours. During this trek, you’ll see stunning rice terraces and follow Muong Hoa Stream until you reach the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai. This will be followed by a visit to Ta Van village, which is home to the Dzay ethnic people. After the trek, the bus will pick you up at Ta Van Bridge to transport you back to Sapa around midday. Upon arriving at the hotel, you’ll have lunch and some free time to relax or refresh yourself with the option of using the hotel’s public bathroom for a shower. Later in the afternoon, you’ll meet all group members at the hotel to prepare for the trip back to Hanoi. On the way, the bus will make two rest stops before finally arriving in Hanoi, marking the end of your trip. Meals included for this day are breakfast and lunch.
