The experience is entirely optional. While the tunnels have been widened for international visitors, they can still feel quite tight. If you feel uncomfortable in confined spaces, you can easily skip the crawling part and still enjoy exploring the ground-level exhibits, bunkers, and historical briefings.
Ben Dinh is closer to the city and more “touristy,” while Ben Duoc offers a more authentic and expansive experience with fewer crowds. Our tour focuses on providing the most genuine historical perspective, allowing you to explore the original tunnel sections and peaceful surrounding landscapes.
Since you will be walking through forest paths and potentially crawling underground, we recommend comfortable sportswear and sturdy sneakers. Avoid wearing white or expensive clothing, as it might get a bit dusty or muddy during the exploration.
Absolutely. The local restaurant we partner with offers a variety of fresh plant-based dishes. Please inform your guide at the start of the tour so we can ensure your lunch is prepared according to your dietary preferences.
If you wish to try the firing range at Cu Chi, bullets are sold separately (not included in the tour price). You will need around 600,000 to 1,000,000 VND depending on the type of weapon and number of rounds you choose. Most firing ranges only accept cash in Vietnamese Dong.
