FAQs

1. What is the best attire for visiting temples and climbing Marble Mountains?

Since this tour includes visits to sacred sites like Linh Ung Pagoda and various temples inside Marble Mountains, we recommend wearing modest clothing that covers your shoulders and knees. Additionally, please wear comfortable walking shoes or sneakers with good grip, as there are many stone steps to navigate.

2. Is there an elevator at Marble Mountains for those who cannot climb stairs?

Yes, there is an elevator service available at the Water Mountain (Thuy Son) for a small additional fee. This is an excellent option for the elderly or travelers who wish to save energy for exploring the caves and pagodas at the top. However, please note that some inner caves still require a bit of walking on uneven steps.

3. Can the tour accommodate specific dietary requirements for dinner in Hoi An?

Absolutely. Hoi An cuisine is very versatile and offers many options for vegetarians, vegans, or those with food allergies. Please inform Zavira Travel of your dietary needs at the time of booking so we can coordinate with the restaurant to prepare a delicious and safe meal for you.

4. What happens if I am staying in Da Nang but the tour mentions Hoi An pick-up?

We provide flexible pick-up and drop-off services. While we offer free transfers in Hoi An, we also provide convenient pick-up at most hotels in Da Nang city center or along the beachfront. Please provide your hotel address, and we will confirm the exact pick-up time and any applicable surcharges.

5. Will the tour still run if it rains?

The tour generally proceeds in light rain as many attractions, such as the caves in Marble Mountains and the ancient houses in Hoi An, provide natural shelter. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe (such as heavy storms), we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule or offer a full refund.

6. Is this tour suitable for families with young children?

Yes, children usually love exploring the mystical caves of Marble Mountains and the colorful lanterns of Hoi An. The pace of the tour is moderate, and our guides are experienced in assisting families to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all ages.
